Sri Lanka is amazingly positioned just 6 degrees North of the equator, with lots of sunlight and is ideally suited to benefit from Solar PV energy. It is our belief that Sri Lanka, over the next few years, moves to be largely dependent on Solar PV in its energy mix.
The Solar PV industry has been rapidly growing since its inception in 2009 with the permission for grid connected systems through Net Metering and even more rapidly since 2016 with the launching of Net Accounting and Net Plus grid connection mechanisms.
It is our mission to help nurture and grow small to medium scale Solar PV installers as they help to make Sri Lanka greener and sustainable.
